At Humby Organics, we want you to love your natural glow as much as we do. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the organic beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
